i’m having a giveaway!  all you have to do is reblog this post to enter.  (if my handwriting is too messy just click the pictures)

the winners will be chosen at 11:59PM EST on wednesday, oct 15th

  • YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO ENTER.  THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.  if i find out that you are younger than 18 i am disqualifying your dumb highschool ass.  in fact please do not follow this blog at all if you are underage.
  • your askbox must be open and you must be comfortable giving me both your address and your real name!  i’ve held giveaways before where prizes have come back to me in the mail because the recipient wouldn’t give me their name and the postal worker was confused as to how an envelope addressed to t3r3z1pyrop3ssaucyleftnipple had ended up at their house.  this is shitty and disappointing for everyone involved.
  • must be following naughtyvixens, since this is a follower milestone giveaway.  if you reblog to a sideblog, just pm me the name of the sideblog you’re using
  • reblog as many times as you want, idgaf
  • if you win and you don’t respond to my message (or respond with incomplete information — e.g., missing your name or zip code or what character you want) within 48 hours i’m picking a new winner in your place
  • international is a-ok

in addition, i have no idea what is in most of this candy.  so if you have any sort of food allergy, please do not enter.

best of luck, and thanks for following!

might as well advertize this again while im at it

Since everyone is shedding light on Sam Pepper for all of his sexual harassment towards women in his videos, I think we need to visit a topic that has never really been fully brought to everyone’s attention. Which is Shane Dawson.

Aside from his obvious…

Can’t stop, won’t stop: Protesters in Ferguson rally again, seeking justice for Mike Brown. More than a month and a half after his death, his killer, Darren Wilson, is still a free man. (Pt 2)

Because it wouldn’t be a protest in Ferguson without fuckery from the police. A driver plowed his car through protesters, grazing several and running over a young boys foot. Beyond taking several hours to transport the boy to the hospital, they took even longer to arrest the motorist. Who did they not wait long to arrest? Two of the protesters who had been documenting the altercation for the world to see. If you’re not angry, you’re not paying attention. #staywoke #farfromover #nojusticenopeace

The bodies of two Tampa teenagers were discovered Thursday morning on a roadside in Duval County.
Angelia Mangum, 19, and Tjhisha Ball, 18, were found about 1 a.m., according to law enforcement. A witness told Jacksonville news station WJAX the teenagers were bound with zip ties and lying on top of one another.
"Two witnesses were driving by and they saw bodies and they called 911," Sgt. T.K. Waters told news station WJXT.
Officers were dispatched to Sisson Drive, near the intersection of Main Street North and Clark Road.
Investigators suspect foul play and are trying to determine the causes of death.
"They were in an area where they would have been noticed, so I think it was fairly recently since they’d been left there,” Waters also told WJXT.
A medical examiner has taken the bodies to determine the cause of death.
"I just don’t understand what happened," Ball’s sister, Crystal Moore, said.
According to Moore, both women had been living in the Jacksonville area off and on for approximately a year and a half.
"I feel like sometimes that I failed," Ball’s mother, Jerlean Moore, said. "What could I have done? What could I have taught her better? It hurts…it really hurts."
It’s a pain that’s only worsened by the fact that no one has been caught.

Today on Social Anxiety Theatre: mentally rehearsing elaborate justifications for completely innocuous actions just in case some hypothetical interlocutor demands an explanation.

I had no idea this was so common. Damn.

The True Trayvon Martin

  • He didn’t eat pork bc his father didn’t. Once his uncle fixed pork chops; they smelled so good,he called them “beef chops” & ate 1.
  • He was passionate about aviation.
  • When he volunteered at a soup kitchen for. The first time, he was astounded by the US hunger crisis.
  • He loved his little cousins birthday parties. Even as a teen, he wasn’t too cool for Chuck E. Cheese.
  • He was modest about saving his father from dying in a house fire. His father called him his best friend bc of it.
  • Hoodies made *him* feel safe. Like so many teens (and adults), he wore them as a protective shell, a security garment.
  • He called his dad, “My ol’ boy.” Lord, how he loved his dad.
  • When folks wanted to tease him, they said, “Boy, you too skinny to take a breath.” And he’d just smile.
  • If he wanted to hang out with his cousins and they had chores, he helped so they could finish faster.
  • His uncle said they never had to ask him to do something twice.
  • At 17, he was still into BMX bikes. He could cat-walk wheelie.
  • The tattoo on his wrist read, “Sybrina.”
  • The tattoo on his chest read, “Cora” — his grandmother’s name.
  • I’m going to stop here. But just claim one of these memories I tweeted. Carry part of this boy with you, write him on your heart.
  • Write the beautiful details of all the black children you meet on your heart. That’s where they’ll be safest.
  • I feel like this stuff is important.

All facts about Trayvon are from this Esquire article.

Sounds like the makings of a true King
